- Upon booking you will get a fixed price that will never change
- We will send you an email reminder the day before your clean
- We will call you within an hour of your time slot to confirm the technician is on their way to you
- Once you are happy with the cleaning work we will take payment via cash or cheque
- In some cases a payment in advance may be required, for example end of tenancy cleans
